Really good!

Fantastic delivery and service. The shot was amazing, will definitely be getting more of those. I enjoyed the gummies but didn't really notice any caffeine boost. The bars were tasty and not as claggy as some of the protein bars I've tried. Haven't had the snack bites yet. Only thing missing was some protein powder to try. Would recommend and will be buying some more come payday

Lots of sugar and caffeine

This is not ideal for me as I have raised cholesterol and need to watch my sugar and caffeine levels.

Thanks for trying WORKFIT - but its not much fun if sugar and caffeine dont help.

Whilst the Shots are sugar free they do have a serious amount of caffeine in them and the Energy Gums have sugar and caffeine.

However, the protein bars have less than 3g of sugar

The coffee Spark Bites have caffeine but the Turmeric and Choc Chip Flavours are caffeine free and have only 17g of sugar.

If you would like to try other bar flavours and the spark bites please let me know
